Belle has always been my favorite Disney character and Beauty was my favorite female lead from the actual fairy tale. She is a strong, bright and pure character with lots of heart. I do think she has lots of room to become a more three dimensional character in the show because there is a lot of information she doesn't know and isn't aware of. Judging by her appearance on screen, she is a brave, caring character who was put in a situation she was not prepared for. Her role of mentor in the episode "Dreamy" was a nice way to show how positive and sweet she is despite her situation.
