Kingdom Hearts Challenge Day 14: Favorite Magic

Limit Break from  Kingdom Hearts 368/2 days

I don't know if this counts as magic, but I liked using Limit Break. Especially when Roxas is surrounded by heartless. The bright light did a lot of damage and evened the odds.

D link (WayFinder)  in Birth by Sleep
I loved how each link had different features and was dressed up like the character you were linked to. It was a cool way to battle.

Kingdom Hearts Challenge Day 9: Favorite Music

Dearly Beloved (every version)

This music is perfect to write to, take a break with and of course listen to before going to sleep. I always picture waves crashing against the shore.

Twilight Town

I love listening to this one while I'm writing, and sometimes while I'm reading. I always picture the clock tower, and the sunset over the town.

Roxas

This melody is nice to chill with. I usually listen to it while I'm writing or on my break. It's calming.

Kingdom Hearts Challenge Day 7: Favorite Heartless

I think the standard shadow heartless are really cute :)

Now, there are more types of enemies than heartless. Here are my other favorites.

Nobody:
Roxas :)

Also, Dragoons are really cool

Unversed:
The hareraiser is a cute, nearly harmless unversed.
I also like the Mandrake, even though it is easy to get killed by when it shoots razor leaves at you from the ground as far as it can.

Dream Eaters/Nightmares:

Necho Cat first and foremost. It uses music and it's really cute.

Pegaslick appear in the Fanatsia world Symphony of Sorcery. I think they're really pretty.

Electricorns are also in the Music world, and they create lightning storms.

Tatsu steeds are really elegant.

Keeba Tigers remind me of the Ceurls in Final Fantasy X

Lord Kyroo is such a noble frog prince :)

Kingdom Hearts Challenge Day 6: Favorite Land(s)

You walk in a moonlit garden or a path of clouds in the sky. Everything is music. Every sound you make. Every battle you fight. Every dreameater you see. Even you become music, making sounds like the clash of symbols when you fight. As you go further, you reach a new area. You are in the twilight wood or a windy glen. In the twilight wood, you walk on a path of leaves in order to reach the winter tundra. In the windy forest, you ride wind spirals and change the area from a rain storm to calm spring by playing a small piece of music . Mythical, musical dream eaters surround you. Finally you reach the fields, with Greek pagodas and barrels of grapes. In short, this world was so beautiful.

It's always sunset here. Calming music plays while you walk on a cobblestone  road and investigate the seven mysteries of Twilight Town's Sunset Plaza. You can ride the train there and back, or watch it from the top of Sunset Hill. Or you could sit on the roof of the clock tower and watch the constant sunset, sharing stories and ice cream with friends. There's even a spooky mansion to explore, hidden in a forest outside of a hole in the stone wall near the tram station.

This castle has everything! A great stone bridge with gargoyles guards the front door. The courtyard garden is filled with statues. A secret passage grants a way through the castle and towards the roof.  A hall of knights in armor greet you on your way towards the forbidden west wing. The great ballroom is all dressed up and ready for the main event.

One more favorite (especially in Birth by Sleep)

One word: Fountains!

Kingdom Hearts Challenge Day 2: Favorite Character

Roxas

Roxas went through a quest of self discovery and had to make some difficult decisions to finally understand who he was and what he was capable of. I could relate to the isolation he felt from everyone else, always questioning everything and trying to find somewhere he belonged. He approached his situation in a way I recognized, and I found that it was easier to sympathize with him than with Sora.  His personality was so different from everyone he knew, the organization and his friends in twilight town. He always felt distanced from them, and when he finally decides who he wants to be, he doesn't look back and faces the challenge head on. In many ways, I feel like Roxas is the emotional hero of Kingdom Hearts. His persistence and kindness kept him going when everything fell apart, and he accepted the fate he chose in order to finally learn who he was. This is a powerful story, and I learned a lot from his story.

Kingdom Hearts Challenge Day 1: Favorite Kingdom Hearts Game

Kingdom Hearts 368/2 days

This is my favorite because Roxas is my favorite character, and it was fascinating to witness his story before he lived in Twilight Town. Watching his journey from a lost identity to someone with goals and dreams. It was also cool to learn more about the members of the organization and what intrigued them about emotions. Completing missions was just the daily routine, but Roxas always asked questions and sought more than the typical employee of the organization. He was a dreamer with other goals, unlike the other members of the orgazination, Axel Xion and Roxas found purpose beyond their assignments and discovered that they could control  their own destiny.
