Kdrama month prompt 15: Your Favorite Ending

My Girl: episode 16

I really love the way this episode summed everything up and drew a conclusion to Yu-Rin's situation. I particularly loved the snow globes that she found on the roof, that Gong-Chan had collected for her since she had to leave. But my favorite scene is the conference that Yu-Rin sets up. She plans on telling a lie in order to "scam" her way out of Gong-chan's life and remove herself from her situation as an imposter. After she goes so far as to make up a plan, the lie is so ridiculous that Gong-chan's family finally realizes that Yu-Rin actually cares about them. It was an important lesson for Yu-Rin, who never relied on anyone, that she could be accepted as she was.

Polyvore Set- Kdrama Addict

This was inspired by my favorite Kdramas and recent discoveries. The outfit is from Queen Inhyun's Man. The Pig Rabbit and earrings are from You're Beautiful. The shoes are inspired by Gil Da Ran's shoes in KBS's BIG. The bag was similar to one in My Girl and Goong S. The hair band is similar to one in My Princess. I also used a template with the theme of Spring.

Perspective

"When you have a problem, don't go far. Go high."- My Girl Korean Drama

This quote is all about putting things in perspective. I learned this when my family and I went for a drive to have a picnic for Easter in the mountains. Unfortunately, the lake was closed, but we did find this nice look out spot on our way into Colorado Springs. The view was beautiful, and it reminded me of this quote. Standing there, and watching the tiny dots of cars drive on a road no wider than my thumb gave me some perspective on my worries and problems. My Dad always tells me that my problems aren't always as important or stressful as I make them. Sometimes it takes a moment like this to show me that it's true. When you are on top of the world, and the entire landscape is stretching out around you, you forget your problems for a while and just enjoy the view.
