Kdrama month prompt 28: A Kdrama not loved by many, but you seem to like

I have two:

Goong S (Prince Hours)

I loved this drama. It was more light hearted than Goong and Yang Soon Ae was a strong female lead character.  I also liked Shin Sae Ryung in the end because she had her own story and character arc that helped her understand that she didn't have to pursue royalty in order to be happy.

Big

This drama was cute, sweet and really funny. I loved Kyun Joon's character and watching him find a family of his own was really moving. All the fun Kdrama references to The Moon That Embraces The Sun and Queen Inyun's Man were great along with the random English phrases Kyun Joon would say when he was upset, really happy or confused. The mystery of Yoon Jae's past was also intriguing.

30 day challenge day 16: Thanks

I don't use this word enough. It is always better to be grateful for what you have than be angry or envious of what you don't have. People, places and memories are always things in life that matter most. People who know you. Places to go when you're lonely or frustrated. Lessons you have learned or have yet to learn.
Being grateful for what you have is part of growing up, and living a happier life. Would you be where you are now if you always got what you wanted? Would you know the same people? Would you be the same person?
(This was addressed  beautifully in the latest episode of KBS Big)

Great Dialogue (Spoilers for KBS BIG episode 6)

 Said by Kang Kyung Joon in Yoon Jae's body:
"The bait is Kang Kyung Joon. Just take it. There is only one person in this world who knows me best, and that person is you, Gil Da Ran. This isn't a rod that can just catch one fish when there are many. This rod can only hold on to one specific fish. It is is very sad fishing rod. That's why, Gil Teacher. Please bite."

This confession happens in KBS BIG during episode 6. I loved the way this was done. To clarify, this is a complicated situation where Kang Kyung Joon is stuck in the body of a Yoon Jae. He has liked Gil Da Ran for a long time, but she only sees Yoon Jae and not Kang Kyung Joon. But in reality, Yoon Jae cheated on her while Kang Kyung Joon has always treated her with kindness. Not only was the moment a very important confession, but it clarified just how much Kang Kyung Joon cares for Gil Da Ran despite the difficult circumstances. Great dialogue Hong Sisters! And amazing acting Gong Yoo and Lee Min Jung! ^_^

During my script writing classes, we were told to make a list of memorable and well done dialogue from movies, TV shows and even novels. This particular scene will be recorded in my list, as it accomplishes  many things. It uses a kind of word play that is specific to Kang Kyung Joon and Gil Da Ran. It conveys the change in emotion from the fun loving Kang Kyung Joon, to the serious and caring Kang Kyung Joon. This also puts Gil Da Ran in a situation she had not anticipated and raises the stakes for the plot. It is a huge step for both characters as they have both grown from such a strange situation.
