Stitch!
I love Stitch, and he always made battles more fun in Kingdom Hearts. His guitar skills are amazing! He also had some cool powers you could tap into during Birth By Sleep. His side story with Terra, Aqua and Ven was really heartwarming and showed a softer side of his character.
